The bacterial genomic DNA nucleic acid extraction kit  uses magnetic beads to adsorb DNA to achieve the purpose of rapid purification of bacterial genomic DNA. It is suitable for extracting high-purity genomic DNA from different bacterial samples. The genomic DNA (OD260-OD320)/(OD280-OD320) purified by this kit is between 1.7 and 2.0. It can be used for PCR/RT-PCR, Real -time PCR/Real-time RT-PCR, next-generation sequencing, gene chip and other molecular biology experiments.
